  Making a warranty claim doesn't have to be difficult
With Global Warranty there are no hidden conditions, no sign-ups,
complicated forms or loop holes that cancel a policy. We aim to make
the claims process as straightforward and simple as possible.

Contact Global Warranty from anywhere in Canada or the U.S.A. at 1-800-265-1519 (during regular business hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST), via email at claims@globalwarranty.com or contact your selling Dealer.
Global Warranty’s friendly, helpful Claims Department will assist you in the event of a mechanical breakdown or failure by identifying the nearest Global Authorized Repair Facility to determine the cause of the breakdown or failure. The process is easy and our Claims Department is here to help.
CLAIMS PROCESS
- Contact our Claims Department from anywhere in Canada or the U.S.A. at
1-800-265-1519 (during regular business hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm EST).
- Global Warranty will direct you to the nearest Global Authorized Repair Facility. With the customer’s consent,
an inspection and/or teardown of the covered vehicle will determine the cause of the mechanical breakdown or failure.
- When satisfied that all Terms and Conditions* have been met, Global Warranty will immediately determine whether the claim is covered under the Warranty Agreement and issue an authorization number directly to the Repair Facility to proceed with repairs.
- The Authorized Repair Facility is paid directly by Global Warranty for all costs included in the vehicle warranty program. The customer only pays for non-covered charges including any deductibles, diagnostic charges, consequential repairs or services and any miscellaneous items or shop supplies, including all applicable taxes.
