In the event of a mechanical breakdown and/or failure expressively covered under your Agreement and/or any other benefits or coverage's provided under your Agreement: Contact Global Warranty's Claims Department immediately (during our regular business hours: Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM EST) at 1-800-265-1519 in Canada and the U.S. or contact the selling dealer.
		Global Warranty will then direct the Customer to the nearest Authorized Repair Facility. The Customer must give consent for inspection and/or teardown of the Covered Vehicle to determine cause of the mechanical breakdown and/or failure. Once satisfied that all terms and conditions have been met, Global Warranty will immediately determine whether the claim is covered under this Agreement, then issue an authorization number to proceed with repairs. Global Warranty will then pay the Authorized Repair Facility for covered costs directly, less the charges which are the Customer's responsibility including any deductibles, any diagnostic charges, consequential repairs or services and any miscellaneous items or shop supplies, including all applicable taxes. Note: In the event that circumstances arise where this is not practical and repairs must occur at a non-Authorized Repair Facility, Global Warranty shall reimburse the Customer upon receipt on an itemized invoice the amount it would have had to pay for similar repairs at an Authorized Repair Facility, less Customer's portion, providing approval has been obtained and the Customer has submitted an invoice within 30 (thirty) days. ** Please refer to the back of your warranty agreement for complete terms and conditions.
