As a result of this change, your financial statements are now created from this new system and issued from a new email address. It is strongly encouraged that you add system@sent-via.netsuite.com to your contact/safe senders list so that you receive your Statement of Account documentation, directly to your inbox.

Global Warranty also recommends periodically checking your Junk/Spam folders for any financial documentation.
